The Problem

Running a virtual mentoring program at scale is operationally complex. Coordinating mentors and participants across schedules, tracking engagement, delivering training, and maintaining consistency quickly becomes unmanageable with ad-hoc tools.

The program needed structure, visibility, and repeatability โ€” without adding overhead for mentors or staff.
